Your privacy is a major concern to us. Your email address and IM username are never revealed to other Plugoo Members and each of your chat sessions is private.

Only Plugoo Members can chat with you from your Planet Plugoo Profile, and you will not received messages from non-registered people. You can also allow only your friends to contact you. To do so, activate the appropriate option within your Plugoo Profile. Login to your Plugoo Account, click “My settings” and check the option “Only my friends can chat with me on Planet Plugoo” box. Then, Plugoo Members will first need to send you a friend request (and you’ll need to review and accept it) if you want them to be able to contact you.

You are free to provide information about you (picture, age, location, description, personality, interest). Please provide information you consider as non-prejudicial towards you.

Furthermore, according to our Terms of Service, and as we can not ensure the real ID of the users, we recommend you to be very careful when chatting with your friends, and not to provide your physical address, bank information or any other information that might identify you as an individual. Plugoo does not encourage and declines all responsibility for any physical appointment between users of the service.

In accordance with French Law, you can access, modify and delete any data about you. For such request, please send us an email at contact [at] plugoo.com.
